优秀 Based on 284 reviews Posted on Todd G已验证 Everyone else misses this!! Absolutely fantastic. We have done the boat and the London eye, but this is a totally different league. It is absolutely worth the money to take this spectacular trip.Posted on Todd G已验证 Everyone else misses this when they come here! This was the best thing we’ve done in 3 visits to London. Pilot James was absolutely fantastic. We had the extra luxury of permission to fly low over the Thames and we got the best insights from JamesPosted on Vedat O已验证 Very niceeeee I surprised my girlfriend and everything turned out great, just as I imagined. It was a wonderful memory from London, and thank you, pilot James!Posted on Jelet已验证 Brilliant Experience This was a retirement gift for my husband which we got to enjoy as a family. It was a truly memorable day and the staff were fantastic. The views were phenomenal! We unanimously loved it!Posted on aaron o已验证 Helicopter lessons This is an excellent Helicopter lesson. It is the first time I have ever been in a helicopter and it is absolutely amazing. I received a first class lesson from a very pleasant pilot who instructed me on all the necessary procedures and information concerning the cockpit controls and instruments. This seems to me to be the only way to get a hands on experience in a helicopter. All the staff were welcoming and had lots of information about everything one might wish to know about helicopters and all of my questions were answered. Comfortable and clean areas to sit in whilst waiting to receive my helicopter trial lesson certificate. Have always wanted to do this after seeing helicopters in my favourite films and TV series ! The helicopter itself is clean and tidy and well presented and was a pleasure to fly in.Posted on Stefan Vogt已验证 Breathtaking flight over London. Amazing Experience Geoff and Ross were really friendly to us. The flight over London was breathtaking. Ross did an amazing job with flying and explaining half of the city to us.Posted on Mariandroidessa M已验证 My shining 50th in the sky Absolutely unique and bright experience for my 50th in the sky. I had never been on helicopter before, oh boy, it was an amazing and gorgeous flight, in a fabulous sunny day. I couldn't wish for anything more. We had a brilliant and warm EBG staff, a great thank you to all of them, specifically our pilot James, and Geoff too. It's definetely worth it.Posted on George B已验证 Perfect day Our experience with EBG Helicopters was exceptional from start to finish, marked by professionalism, thoughtful communication, and an evident commitment to delivering a refined and memorable flight. From the early weather updates to the smooth check-in at Redhill Aerodrome, every stage was handled with reassuring clarity and efficiency. The team struck the perfect balance between friendliness and discretion, while our pilot was outstanding—skilled, calm, and genuinely knowledgeable, tailoring the commentary and angles of the flight to ensure we enjoyed the most spectacular views of London. The Robinson R44, impeccably maintained and perfectly suited for an intimate sightseeing tour, offered unobstructed panoramas as we followed the Thames over Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard, Hyde Park, Canary Wharf, and the broader sweep of the city’s skyline. The journey felt not simply executed but curated, with every detail contributing to a sense of elegance, safety, and ease. EBG Helicopters combines technical excellence with warm hospitality, and we would be delighted to fly with them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable aerial experience of London.Posted on Brenda S of "The Scrabblers"已验证 A wonderful and memorable experience. A wonderful experience started with a warm and friendly greeting by Jeff, then an introduction to our pilot James F and our helicopter. We were given full safety instructions and James inspired confidence. He kept us fully informed throughout the flight as to where we were and things to look out for, pointing out in the distance the Shard in London and the white cliffs at Hastings. ( we had been blessed with a beautiful clear day and bright sunshine). The views were amazing and I was surprised that it felt like we were travelling really slowly, but James told us that our average speed was about 108 mph. Thank you James and Geoff for a truly memorable experience and great customer service. I was a bit nervous before we flew, even though it was my 4th helicopter trip, but to anyone who is toying with the idea of a flight, I would say “you won’t regret it”Posted on Journey21037228963已验证 Memorable experience It was a memourable wedding anniversary. The crew were not only highly competent but also exceptionally welcoming and personable, creating a seamless and positive engagement from start to finish.
